Sellers watch for...


 

If you (or someone you know) are a Seller, how does your home look for everyone to see on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service)?  This is very important, as the MLS is the place for your home's resume.  The same as a job resume on Monster.com or Ladder.com.  Your home's resume must have complete and correct information, no misspelled words, and (very important) lots of good quality pictures!! (See the OOPS!!! tab)  Statistics show the more the pictures, the longer the buyer will look at the house.  The key with good quality pictures is to attract the buyer enough for a showing.  It's important to ask your agent to send you the listing from the MLS as soon as it is up.  If you see anything wrong, ask for the correction right away!
